H4 Headlights
These are the European H4 lenses, made by Hella, OEM VW parts. They use H4 bulbs for the main light source and smaller 5w bulbs for the "city" or "park" lights. The lenses were purchased from Fast Forward in Quesnel BC, I made the wiring harness.

1.2 Hella VW OE H4 lenses, 255 941 105 and 255 941 106
2.2 rubber boots for back of lens assembly
3.2 Hella city light holders w/ 5w bulbs
4.2 Hella 55/60W H4 bulbs P/N: 8GJ 002 525-131
5.2 H4 connectors
6.2 VW P/N 191 941 297, Headlight mounting hardware
7.2 VW P/N 255 941 141 C, Headlight mounting hardware
8.2 VW P/N 255 941 133, Headlight mounting hardware
9.1 VW P/N 251 941 535, Vanagon fog light switch
10.3 Hella 40A relays
11.3 Hella/VW modular relay mounting blocks, style that snaps into Vanagon fuse block.
12.50-75 ft. 12 ga. wire, assorted colors, will have some extra.
13.2 inline fuse holders w/ 25 amp fuses
14.Assorted other wire, 16-14 ga.
15.Assorted connectors
16.Assorted sizes of wire ties, est. 25-50.
17.Wire head shield (found on O2 sensor wiring) to cover wire in front of radiator.
18.Heat shrink, 5 to 10 ft., assorted dia.
19.Solder, lots of solder.
